TODAY is the last Sunday of the year 2010, and I thank God because by His grace, I am pastoring a growing church, leading great people and glorifying

a wonderful God. It is indeed a privilege to serve God! Though we have gone through a year full of challenges, we praise God for we have also experienced His unfailing compassion, making us victorious. This year 2010, the Lord enabled us to purchase another lot property, to finish our extension building, to re-organize our 36 areas into 6 divisions, to have additional Sunday School classes for young people, and to hold two services every Sunday morning.

I personally appreciate every member of the church who involved, sacrificed, and labored in God’s vineyard. Your labour is not in vain. I am also glad to welcome the converts who got saved and baptized this year. I believe that God will give you more opportunities next year in growing for the Lord. My family and I are grateful to God in allowing us to lead people not just in serving God, but also in growing together for the Lord.

May God find us faithfully doing more for Him. Have a blessed new 2011!

Area 8 is one of the areas nearest to CBBC compound. As such, majority of it has already been saturated with the Gospel since the early ten years of CBBC. Likewise, a great part of its population has been invited to the church even before soulwinning and saturation by “areas” have not yet been organized. Nonetheless, after more than twenty years, many people in Area 8 are still being won to the Lord. Area 8 comprises Pacita Complex 1, Macaria Village, Noel Homes and Pacita Homes.

By God’s grace, Area 8, which was entrusted to Preacher Meljun Laurena in the year 2000, is growing in number. With his leadership, almost every door in the Area has been handed with a gospel tract. Many times on a Thursday soulwinning schedule, 25-30 soulwinners knock on doors and an average 50 souls get saved. Based on Area 8 records, a total of 2,197 souls got saved on all Thursday soulwinning nights this year. Some of them became interested with the Bible and visited our church already. Meanwhile, Area 8 visitors and new converts are being fetched by the members with their own vehicles or through tricycles.

An average of 125 Area 8 members and children attend every Sunday morning, 85 on Sunday nights, and 60 for the Wednesday prayer meeting. By faith, we in Area 8 believe that we could do more for God this coming year.

MANALANGIN KA NG GANITOPanginoon, ako po ay isang makasalanan at nangangailangan ng kapatawaran. Nanampalataya po ako na nadanak ang dugo ni Hesus at Siya ay namatay sa krus para sa akin. Tinatalikuran ko na po ang aking mga kasalanan. Tinatanggap ko po si Kristo Hesus sa aking puso bilang aking Tagapagligtas. Amen.

Kung tinanggap mo si Hesus bilang iyong Tagapagligtas, ito na ang simula ng iyong bagong buhay kay Kristo (Roma 8:1). Ngayon:

1. Basahin mo ang iyong Biblia araw-araw upang makilala pa ng lubusan si Kristo Hesus.

2. Makipag-usap ka sa Diyos sa panalangin araw-araw. 3. Manambahan ka sa isang simbahan na pinapangaral si Kristo at

ang Biblia ang tanging pamantayan.4. Ibahagi sa iba si Kristo Hesus.

Ayon sa Biblia, Iisa Lamang ang Daan Patungong Langit!
