Rosemary is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are frequently used to flavour foods such as stuffings, pork, roast lamb, chicken, and turkey. Rosemary s herbaceous and energising scent is frequently used in aroma and massage therapy. • Add 1 drop of Rosemary essential oil to meats and favourite entrées for extra flavouring. • Combine with dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply during massage. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice. Food additive use: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid. Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil.
