A first for Waterval residents, Sky City Mall will offer ±12,000m2 of retail pleasure, with 50 shops in place by April 2019.

With anchor tenants Shoprite, complemented by a wide choice of fashion stores, fast food vendors and a variety of furniture retailers and electronic goods. Other interested parties include major banks, optical and postal services, as well as suppliers of building materials, which add to the mix.

Adding to the mall’s community focus is the medical centre complete with a pharmacy to attend to the health and wellness needs of the Sky City community.

Other convenience factors that the mall will offer are its 660 free parking bays and easy access off the R550 and K91, linking the N3 and R59, keeping travel distances short and saving time for busy shoppers.

The catchment area includes Twinsaver Group, Everite, Sedibeng Brewery and Klipriver Business Park, which still has 3 future phases. The burst of development in the area will uplift the neighbouring nodes such as Palm Ridge, Eden Park and Garthdale, bringing considerable growth to these communities, including work opportunities.

With the planned Natalspruit Inland Port in close proximity, it will serve as a centre for feasible international trade with ready supplies of stocks close at hand.
