Increased communication between disciplines resulting in decrease in patient wait times. Assisted with

clinical staffing methodology. Incorporated an operating suite specific escort. Created two new

operating room nurse positions and future utilization of corpsmen position. Restructured patient flow

throughout the continuum to increase flow through. Evaluated and implemented changes in nursing
