EXPERIENCE: AmeriCorps VISTA at Colorado Nonprofit Development Center (CNDC) Denver, CO Information Systems VISTA April 2015 – April 2016
• Created, implemented, and ran a process review and management system for CNDC, a nonprofit fiscal sponsor, in order to increase the company’s sustainability
• Interviewed CNDC’s 20 staff members to gather data on current systems and used the information to develop descriptions and work plans for each system and process
• Scheduled, organized, and facilitated multi-departmental meetings to review and update processes in order to increase organization-wide efficiency and continuity
• Converted over 50 forms into fillable PDF's to increase and encourage paperless communication between CNDC’s departments (finance, human resources, grant management, program and administration) and its 80 Projects
• Served on three committees; Special Event Planning Committee, Employee Collaboration and Retention Committee, and Colorado Collaborative Connections Committee which plans a quarterlynetworking event for nonprofit professionals

• AmeriCorps NCCC is a team-based program that engages 18 to 24 year-olds in national and community service in the United States for a 10-month period.
• Worked collaboratively as part of a 10-person team in three states for six different non-profit organizations
• Worked as a volunteer coordinator in the recovery effort after the devastating flooding in Lyons, Longmont, and Larimer Country, Colorado
