From 1989 and until 1993 I worked at KSWT TV 13.

Richard Joslin gave me an opportunity in commercial production and I was also trained on Technical Direction of a Live TV Show (13 Magazine) which continued for at least 3 years.

From 1993 and until 1997 I worked at Cocopah Casino, first as a drop Member (collecting coins) and then as the first surveillance officer.

In 1994 I was named the first Surveillance supervisor and later I was handling the whole Operation. During this period of time I was trained By D&D Electronics in Fountain Hills, Arizona in installation and troubleshooting of CCTV.

In 1997 I returned to KSWT TV 13 to do commercial Production and I was assigned also to be a News Anchor for a 10 minute segment of news in Spanish for our Telemundo Network.

In April 0f 2002 started with KECY TV 9 as a commercial producer and during the first 2 Years Our Station changed from being a Station that none of our competitors will take in consideration to be the One with the best quality of Commercial Production. In October 0f 2003 I was promoted to Creative Services Manager for 3 Networks (Fox, Telemundo and the WB) handling production and promotions.

From September 2005 until April 13th, 2012 Worked at Yuma County BOS, Channel 77 as an Editor, video shooting and technician for their cable channel.

As editor I have worked with many different County departments on features like County Line and some departmental videos, also on special projects like Employee of the year and some retirement specials.As a technician I have troubleshoot all Cable Channel equipment in both Video and audio, as well

as making modifications due to either expansion or special requirements After Yuma County I continued with my own

business (Desert Images Video and Photo) in which I do Photography and video productions.

I have experience in Studio portraits and field shooting in both video and photography.

ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIESDuring the time I was at KSWT, I was trained also in Lighting, audio and since one of my hobbies was cabinetmaking, I was introduced to make News Sets, two for KSWT and one for a Fox Station in Columbia Missouri.

After the last one, I feel that I’m able to design and manufacture news sets according to needs.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIESAs a Creative Services Manager I have taken part in many community oriented activities in both the Yuma and Imperial Valleys, including Volunteers of America, Project CARE with YPIC and many others.

Also as a member of Betania Church, I'm in charge of all audio-visual equipment, and for the last 5 years I help evangelizing in a drug and alcohol Rehabilitation Center in San Luis Sonora (CETRA)

AWARDS RECEIVEDIn 1999 while working with KSWT TV 13, Ricardo Joslin, Daniel Clark and I entered the Arizona Associated Press Broadcasters Association contest and won first place on the editing division with a video of the Laughlin 250.

And as a member of Channel 77, we received an award for editing a PSA for the Sheriff Department, which still runs on cable
