Head of the department "Taxation of individuals" of the Tax administration of the Canton de Vaud (ACI) - In charge of a) tax exemptions of non-profit organisations, b) source-based taxation of non-residents and artists/athletes, c) real estate profit taxes, d) estate tax (including trusts), e) matters related to the taxation of families and employees as well as coordination of the relations between the regional tax offices and the ACI. Management of sensitive as well as political issues. Management of a team of 27 persons (including 19 legal counsels).

2003-2019 Ad hoc clerk with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), involved in more than 160 awards, most of them in English

Since 2005 Sole Disciplinary Judge for the Euroleague and EuroCup Basketball competitions – on average conduct of 30 disciplinary proceedings per season
