The Project is comprised of installation of contiguous wall and CSM wall (with steel profiles as earth retention system followed by excavation from existing ground level to an average bulk excavation depth of approximately 7.0mand associated dewatering works in addition to installation of 364 nos. bored cast in-situ working piles with diameter of 1500mm.Owner is Qatar union Development company.

The Abraj Quartier, or “Neighbourhood of Towers,” is a major component of a major and ambitious mixed-use development in Doha known as “The Pearl”. The design language is essentially a contemporary interpretation of traditional styles and themes, which inturn have been informed by the regional climate and culture. The site plan organizes a series of residential towers and low-rise townhouses along a roadway and boardwalk that front on the Gulf. The boardwalk not only provides a pleasant pedestrian amenity but also serves as access to the adjacent beach. Two beacon-like office towers flank the main access road and serve as the gateway to the overall Pearl development. The Abraj Quartier will include 30 villas and -130 town houses with 3 level podium parking for 2488 cars.

The College of Pharmacy is the project established in Qatar University campus is applied for consideration for provisional accreditation by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP). CCAPP (Canada) is the sole pharmacy program accreditation agency in Canada. Provisional accreditation status is the highest level of recognition that this agency can award to new programs in the formative stage of development. CCAPP informed Qatar University that the institution had been awarded the status of Provisional Accreditation.

The program sought Full Accreditation status for the following the graduation of the first BSc (Pharm) in the First Class and the enrolment of the first students in the final year of the 6-year Doctor of Pharmacy program.

Dealing with a small army of 5,000 workers on a daily basis, working in two 11-hour shifts, six days a week, Despite these numbers, the QPD project has an exceptionally high safety record, operating without incident for a 12 million man hours in total.

BMC is responsible for waterproofing and painting, while precast concrete elements are the remit of Redco International, with LEO Steel and CCL overseeing metal works and post-tensioning of concrete slabs respectively.

This Project established by Government of Turkmenistan and located in the Capital Ashgabat. It has the Original Architecture, the 16-story skyscraper surmounted by a giant globe, which houses rooms for press conferences. In the building 118 workers offices and meeting rooms, auditorium, conference room, lounge for international conferences. On the 11th floor there is a viewing terrace with panoramic views of Ashgabat. The building was erected in Archabil avenue, which also has offices other Turkmenistan ministries and departments. There was a Unique 26 mtr Spherical Doom was designed by Gurit, Composite Specialist Steel Structural Doom Consultant, erected above the Roof of Auditorium on top. The Building was covered around by international standard glazed Façade system throughout full height.
