Distinction of designing the QA system for the Fountain Pepsi in Gujarat Unit which was implemented in entire India BU for fountain Pepsi (the process could actually improved the quality of the fountain product and hence the business grew substantially while the competitor struggled to stabilise, winning the share gain for the company)

Effectively conducted CCP analysis for process, designed the SOPs & documentations required & worked out the HACCP plan for the plant processes in Naroda as well as at Bharuch location & achieved the certification well in first time.
