R&D team leader on $2.5 million major oil company funded collaboration project developing tools and workflow for full waveform inversion (FWI) to update high resolution seismic velocity models.
Directed three PhD geophysicists using agile development process to turn research-grade toolset into an integrated commercial software package.
Tested and provided updated requirements toward validation of over 40 software modules, including comprehensive documentation updates, usability enhancements and QC options.
Wrote 70 page tutorial document introducing the FWI workflow using example data, delivered as part of software package.

Planned and coordinated biannual 3-day user meetings in US and UK to share updates and plans, and gather customer requirements. This was supplemented by at least three visits to national and international customer sites annually.
