Note: Worked for a JV company of General Motors in China as Quality Head in

Powertrain plant after qualifying for a three years International Assignment from GM – India .The JV Company is a leading manufacturer of passenger and

multi utility vehicles in China . Greenfield Power train unit manufactured Engines for own vehicle plant.

Major responsibilities during this international assignment:

i) Drive leadership behavior through candid feed-back, coach , train and monitor new employees and develop‘customer Focussed’quality
