Introduction Introduction

The search for the purpose of life has puzzled many people for thousands of years that is because we typically begin at the wrong starting point ourselves. We ask self-centered questions like:

What do I want to be?What should I do with my life? What are my goals? What are my ambitions for the future?Focusing to ourselves will never reveal

our life‘s purpose.

The Bible says; “It is God who direct the lives of his creatures, everyone’s life is in His power”, Job 12:10

God will never call you where you are not gifted, 1 Corinthians 1:26-27

God calls even the phobia people to do His mission for instance;

Jeremiah; Jeremiah 1:5 Moses; Exodus 14:13-26David; 1Samuel 26

Please consider your call, because there is God’s Power in your weakness, 2Corinthians 13:4

Friends, without God it is not easy to nature gifts and talents; 1Corithians 3:6-8

Mark 10:45; “…says for the even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve …”

Christians of today indent to serve those above us in order to please them for benefits and forget to serve those who are in need…

As a Christian what should you As a Christian what should you do to Transform the World? do to Transform the World?

Should have the BEST Practice of the 4Cs1. ConcernAbout God and People i.e. Mathew 25:35Be concern on what God had said because He will do all

what he has said in the Bible e.g:

2. Commitment 2. Commitment A leader is a role modelCommitted to the mission of GOD

3. ConsistencyNeed to be consistent since you deal with

different people in different situationA leader should have a clear picture to

the goalsOur action should be predictable

4. Credibility

A Christian leader MUST be known for doing what you say and what you must do. It involves honesty, accountability and trustworthy

CREDIBILITY NOT EQUAL TO INTEGRITY

CredibilityDevelop over long period of time you

serveConduct of the 3 first CsBeing trusted over a period of timeIs a victory NOT a GIFT

Thus, credibility leads to trustworthy & it is judged in two areas:

Area of relationshipsUse of resource e.g. money, time,

property of the organization

INTEGRITYMoral foundationCharacter

NOTE: Character is NOT created in crisis, it only comes to light

Conclusion Conclusion

Credible person is the one you will work with because they say thing and will NEVER change

Do not be judged on the greater achievement. NO! You will be judged in faithfulness (God is the One to judge)

We are born NOT great leaders. Greatness is the sub-total on what you will do.

GOD BLESS YOU!
