Snack Break

2018

Snacks play an important role in managing students' hunger andboosting nutrition. According to research, children are able tocomprehend and retain information presented in the classroom at ahigher rate when their bodies are fuelled consistently. Thus, healthysnacks between meals increases focus and performance in school. We encourage you to prepare healthy snacks foryour child or advise your child to buy it from thecanteen vendors during recess. Our snack breakis for ten minutes between noon to 12.30 pm.
