CASH- Resident Referral Program

Any resident who refers a new resident toPROPERTY NAME will receive the following:

LIST AMOUNT HEREi.e.$400 Referral Reward

Paid in the form of check as detailed below:

1. Both residents must be residing at apartment name at the time of the reward2. Referred Resident must have paid at least 1 full month of rent3. Referred Resident must have listed the referring resident as the source on the

guest card and application at time of initial site visit and tour4. Referring Resident must provide a completed W-9 for payment5. Check will be mailed to the leasing office, made payable to the resident and the

property. Both parties must endorse and the check will be credited to the Referring Residents rent.

6. OFFICE: Submit W-9, proof of referral (application and/or guest card), and supervisor approved check request for payment.
