Dear Sir/Madam:

The Trainers Methodology Course I (TMC I) is one of the requirements of TESDA for the entire faculty under the vocational education offerings. There was a compliance audit held last ______________ and the school was recommended to complete the deficiencies and one of the deficiencies is that the faculty must be TMC qualified.

With this, we, the four (4) faculty members , who have completed the required portfolio and successfully passed the computer-based examination and now need to accomplish the written examination, demonstration and oral questioning of TMC I, received a final confirmation that the said examinations are scheduled on September 24-26, 2015 at Asias Latin City, assessment center.

We would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to take the scheduled TMC I examination of TESDA on those given dates.
