The Energy Regulatory Commission - Bids and Awards Committee (ERC-BAC)cordially invites you to participate in the conduct of bid opening for theAlternative Method of Procurement of Shopping for the Procurementof Brand New Tires and Car Battery on 11April 2019 (Thursday), teno'clock in the morning (10:00 A.M.) at ERC, Mezzanine Floor, PacificCenter Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

For this project, the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is in the amount ofONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS(PhP150,600.00), VAT inclusive. This ABC is part and parcel of theaggregate ABC of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos(PhP1,700,000.00) allotted for "Office Vehicle" as programmed under ERC'sAnnual Procurement Plan.

In view thereof, the ERC-BACis requesting your Company to submit on or before10 April 2019 (Wednesday), not later than five o'clock in theafternoon (5:00 P.M.), a best and final offer with respect to all aspects of yourproposal. The ERC-BAC shall select the successful offer on the basis of such bestand final offers which will meet the minimum technical requirements and willnot exceed the project's ABC.

nor certified true copies); and5. Financial proposal.
