A Four-Day Training was provided, in which we were made to understand the Historical Background of Insurance, Basic Terms and conditions, Types of Policies and the Products of the Firm to sell. We were also informed about the benefits and shortcomings of each insurance product.Based on the training, an examination shall be conducted on or before 10/5/15. If the exam is cleared, a license will be issued by IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) to us, qualifying us as Insurance Agents.

After getting a license from the IRDA, we would be required to sell Insurance Policies to Individuals and Groups, and our stipend shall be decided upon our performance.
