ELIXIR SYNERGY VENTURE SDN. BHD located at 2527-A, Jalan Kebun Sultan,
15300 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
The location are very strategic area for general commercial business. This is
because it is located on the outskirts of Kota Bharu town and industrial area that are
rapidly developing. So that it make easier to the customer to get this supplier..
Other facilities are also available around the area of business. The main routes and
parking facilities are close to the business. It is important to attract customers to
facilitate transactions.

INTRODUCTION
Elixir Group of Companies ("Elixir Group") is one-of-a-kind. It comprises companies
designed to create value from the word go. Value to shareholders, employees,
customers and community around it. Profit, while important, is not the sole
determinant of success in our case.
Elixir Group is like a store, a store of services and products, where you can come in
and pick your services and products of choice to improve your wealth and health -
hence our website domain name, "theelixirstore". The Group is entrepreneur
oriented; all its activities could be related back to the promotion of entrepreneurship:
training, coaching, consultancy and opportunity.
Elixir is a 100% Bumiputera company. Its Board of Director comprises professionals
and it is managed by highly motivated and dedicated team of employees.

At present, the business of ELIXIR SYNERGY VENTURE SDN. BHD revolves
around a set of products from the middle east. Not just any product, but product that
has proven to improve both the health and wealth. And in order to help the
consumers identify the companys products, they created a brand-the Al-'Iksr.
The brand above is the registered trademark of Elixir. "Al-'iksr" is the arabic word
from which the word Elixir was derived. it literally means "the powder for healing
wounds", an apt metaphor to describe the spirit of our company which 'heals' both
body and purse.
The ELIXIR SYNERGY VENTURE SDN. BHD deals primarily with the sale of
specialty foods and items from the greater Middle East, like Saudi Arabia, Dubai,
Iran, Kuwait and Turkey. It's flagship store is located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan,
Malaysia - chosen primarily because of the association between the State of
Kelantan with the holy city of Mecca where the former is regarded as the veranda of
Mecca, in clear reference to the religious and cultural leanings of the citizens of
Kelantan.

COMPANYS STRATEGY MANAGEMENT
The company objective and strategy is to increase and become the competitive
sellers and distributers in Kelantan especially in Kota Bharu. Because the product isbased on food and health product the company was focus to attract the customers
from every each level and races. The company is committed and believes that the
customers can accept the product and the brands of company.
ELIXIR SYNERGY VENTURE SDN. BHD established with the aim to earn profits
from the sale of the healthy product.
To achieve this goal they have plans many strategic such as:
Promoting awareness work together (Teamwork) among workers.
Perform specialized duties in order to improve service efficiency.
Adopting a low price and affordable products while maintaining product quality.
Have a systematically steps to meet the needs of customers.
Promote the integration of workers and managers to ensure a high spirit of the
work

The company is focusing on marketing plan such as:
Product
The company sells food and healthy product which comes in many varieties. The
product is halal and also can be accepted by non-Muslim. The product is such as
cordials, vinegar, dates, honey, olive product and many mores. The product is also
can be used in daily routine as additional food for health supplements. The company
believes that the customer is attracted to the product and are willing to buy because
of the benefit given and increasing in among Malaysian towards health will become
the major factors.

to buy. At the same time they are promising the product is in high quality and values
to every expenses that customers has spent. Company believes to this strategy
because the increasing of income among Malaysian will increase towards the

CONCLUSION
Now a days, there are not an easy thing to create a company and compete with the
other which already had place in the market. Because of that point, this company
always try to generate idea by creating lots of strategy that can help them to be
known by their customer such as by joining the expo and festival. Besides that, they
also have do the media advertisement in the radio and internet.
For their future, this company have plan to open their branches in all around
Malaysia, with their target in Kuching, Kuala Terengganu, Kulim and Kuala Lumpur.
