I passed on the information on this to our retail divisions and am pleased to report back to you that Coles, Targetand Officeworks have all taken action to ensure their online advertisements no longer appear on the Ripoff Report website. As I unde rstand it, that site was no t listed as part of our prim ary online adver tising service,however there may have been a secondary service pushing the ads out furthe r.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The divisions were fully supportive of removing our ads from a sitewhere vile language and unfiltered abuse is clearly evident. If you do see our ads again on the site, can you

please let us know so we can identify if there is a further issue.
