PLACING AN ORDER

Orders should be placed at least one month prior to your “Rental Show Date.” Depending on your location, we ship the Racing Kit a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. Please note: If a RUSH shipment is required, please contact our office for assistance.

The Rental Order Form cannot be submitted Online. This form can be printed blank and completed by hand or can be downloaded and completed on your computer. Please mail with an organization/business check to:

“A Nite At The Races, Inc.” does not accept personal checks or credit cards. Please read attached "Rental Contract Agreement" prior to submitting order.

FIRST TIME USERS

All “First Time Users” must provide a letter on your company or organization’s stationery stating that you are aware that “A Nite At The Races, Inc.” is providing its “Race Kit” to your organization on a rental basis. In addition, you must agree to place the “races” back into transit to the office of “A Nite At The Races, Inc.” on the very next business day following your scheduled use, via United Parcel Service, insured for $800.00 against loss.

Please note: We do not service individuals ~ only businesses and organizations. All customers are required to pay with an organization or business check. If your organization does not have checks, kindly provide a copy of your "State Charter" proving that you represent a bona fide organization. Management will not accept orders unless they are from legitimate organizations.

Shipments are made within the continental USA only. We ship parcels exclusively via United Parcel Service. We do not ship via Federal Express or another carrier and will not bill to your account. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels or cruise ships.

The races provided by “A Nite At The Races, Inc.” are exclusive copyrighted productions that are shot by our cinematographers at major American race tracks and are not available for sale.

RENTAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPTUpon receipt of your order, A Nite At The Races, Inc. will email confirmation of receipt to the email address provided on the Rental Order Form. If you do not receive this email, we did not receive your order! RETURN OF DVDEach Racing Kit contains two (2) DVDs ~ one is the master copy you will use for your event and one is a backup copy to be used should you encounter any issues with the master copy. Both DVDs must be returned to the office of "A Nite At The Races, Inc." the following business day via FedEx or UPS Ground insured for $800.00 against loss. For your protection, we advise you hold onto the insurance receipt for a minimum of 3O-days. Please do NOT return through the Post Office. Return shipping is at the expense of the organization.LATE CHARGETo avoid late charges, the DVDs must be back in the office of "A Nite At The Races, Inc." within seven (7) business days following your scheduled "Show Date". DVDs that are not received in our office within the seven (7) day grace period will be invoiced late charges. Late charges are calculated at the rate of 15% of the base rental price for each day late.DAMAGE AND LOSSYou are fully responsible for the safe keeping of our DVDs ("races") while in your possession. Should either of our DVDs ("races") become lost or stolen, a police report must be filed with your local police department and a copy provided to our office. A DVD lost or damaged beyond repair will be invoiced at a rate of $150.00 per race (per race on the DVD). Should an insured loss occur, "A Nite At The Races, Inc." will accept $800.00 to defer replacement charges.CANCELLATIONSOrders that were canceled prior to shipping will receive a full refund or credit. Orders that have been processed and shipped by "A Nite At The Races, Inc." must be returned to us within seven (7) business days - DVD unopened and Supplies unused. A credit (non-transferable) will be issued less a 20% service fee and the outgoing shipping which can be applied towards any future order. No credit or refund will be issued for any advertising materials/accessories that were shipped prior to the cancellation of order.VERIFICATION OF CONTENTS/SUPPLIESA Nite At The Races, Inc. strives for accuracy when packaging the contents of your Racing Kit. All items are checked and double-checked by management prior to shipping. As a safeguard, it is our policy to ship the Racking Kit at least two (2) weeks prior to your event, giving the organization plenty of time to verify the contents. If you find an error in shipment, kindly notify our office immediately, so we can rectify the error. A Nite At The Races, Inc. cannot assume any responsibility for revenue lost due to missing and/or wrong supplies provided with your order.RETURNED CHECK PENALTY FEEA returned check penalty fee of $30.00 will be invoiced for any returned check.
