Bhagwadgita is a conversation between lord Krishna and his friend Arjuna having advice and massage for a man in his life. Gita’s essence can be put in terms of the following three ideas:

One should perform his rightful duties in life.

Non attachment to the world and to the pleasure of sense objects.

Union with god by practicing “pranayam”

3. Equal importance to subjective and objectiveSubjective resource(related to heart and soul)and objective resource(5Ms)should treated equally in order to achieve TQM.

4.Karma yoga or nishkaam karmaKarma yoga refers to selfless service to others, one should work for his society and nation.

5.Yogah karmasu kaushalamEvery work should be excellent and one should work with determination and ability.

6.Co operationBy mutual help and co operation one can achieve the heights of human welfare and development and this this will lead the harmonious and peaceful life.
