�EURINSA,�ASINSA�and�AMERINSAarethreesectionsinthe«firstcycle»(a 2-year core programme). Eurinsa admits students from France andfromotherEuropeancountries,AsinsafromFranceandAsiaandAme-rinsa admits students from France and Latin America, providing themwithaspeciallyadaptedsyllabusandlearningapproach.SCANisaspecialsectioninthe“firstcycle”whereteachingiscarriedoutinEnglishforEnglishspeakingforeignstudents.

The90hoursarefreeofchargefortheexchangestudentscomingtostu-dyatINSAforwholeyear.Onthecontrary,theexchangestudentscomingforonesemestershallpay405€. Noreimbursementwillbepossibleoncetheprogrammehasstarted.Shouldtheacademicstaybeextendedforonesemester,reimbursementwillbepossiblewithadeductionof10%correspondingtoadministrativesexpenses.
Thesummersessionstarts:-onthefirstweekofAugustfortheforeignstudentsintheinternational
sectionsAmerinsa,Asinsa,EurinsaandScan1st-mid-Augustforexchangestudents.Thewintersessionisofferedonlytoexchangestudentscomingtostarttheirstudiesatthebeginningofthesecondterm.Itstartsmid-January.-��extensive�courses�to�provide�students�with�learning�support�throughout�
the�academic�year�(ECTScredits:2eachsemester)2to6hoursperweek(onThursday)dependingonthelevelandthespecializationofthestudents.

• INSA Lyon INSA-Lyonwasfoundedin1957andispartofthenation-widegroupof5Institutes(Lyon,Rennes,Rouen,StrasbourgandToulouse)fromwhichabout10%ofallFrenchengineersgraduateeachyear.
INSA-Lyon is a technological institution of European dimension and adynamiccentreofscientificresearch.Itproduceshighlyqualifiedengi-neerswhoarewellequippedtomeettheneedsofindustry.
INSA-LyonislocatedontheLyonTechcampusdelaDoua,15minutes fromthecentreofLyonwhich is thecapitalof theRhône-Alpesregion.The success of INSA-Lyon is linked to the teaching andtrainingprogrammessetuptofavorthestudents’personaldevelopment throughout their engineering studies. Thedegree course lasts 5 years and students are admittedupon successfully completing high school. Eachyear,16,000�foreign�students�wereenrolledintheseuniversities,and2,500ofthemundertheframeofexchangeagreements.Thisgroup (UniversitédeLyon)hassignedanagreementallowinganyforeignstudentenrolledinoneoftheseuniversitiestofollowcoursesofinteresttothemfreeofchargeinanyoftheothers.
• Public transport in lyon (TCL)The city has an excellent public transport network (funicular, metro,tramway,bus…).The services operate from 5 am to midnight every day.
