Rappel des programmes spécifiquesBureau de Coopération Interuniversitaire (BCI) : Ce programme d’échange relie 11 universités du Québec avec plusieurs universités françaises. Ce programme ne concerne pas le secteur de la santé.Programme Ontario-Rhône-Alpes (ORA) : Ce programme d’échange s’effectue entre 14 universités d’Ontario (Canada) et 12 établissements d’enseignement supérieur de la région Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes.Oregon : Ce programme d’échange relie 6 universités de l’Oregon (USA) à 5 établissements de Lyon. Il ne concerne pas le secteur de la santé.Sciences sans Frontière : Ce programme, géré par Campus France a pour objectif de former des étudiants et chercheurs brésiliens en France dans les domaines des sciences exactes, des sciences de l’ingénieur (BRAFITEC), de l’environnement et des industries culturelles.Programme MALAISIE : (entrants seulement) : géré par Campus France, il concerne principalement les domaines de l’ingénierie mécanique, électrique et chimique, il s’agit d’un programme de niveau IUT donnant accès au niveau licence et master ou à des écoles d’ingénieur pour des étudiants de haut niveau, sélectionnés et financés par le gouvernement malaisien.Programme IARI : (International Alliance Research Internship), programme en coordination avec l’Université de Lyon (UdL), visant à favoriser les échanges d’étudiants en stage de recherche entre l’UCBL, l’ENS et la Graduate school of Frontier sciences de l’Université de Tokyo notamment dans les domaines de la Cancérologie et des Biosciences à Lyon1.Programme SIRI : programme de stages créé en 2012 pour l’accueil d’étudiants de l’Université d’Ottawa en stage de recherche (1er cycle). Co-géré par l’Université de Lyon, il finance en partie ces étudiants pour leur stage en laboratoires lyonnais d’une période de 3 mois de mai à juillet.

Bourse Erasmus+Cette bourse est versée à tous les étudiants qui partent en programme d’échange Erasmus.
MENESR-AMI (Ministère de l’Education Nationale, de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche - Aide à la Mobilité Internationale) Réservée aux étudiants boursiers sur critères sociaux CROUS, préparant un diplôme national de 1er, 2ème ou 3ème cycle et un DUETI.
Les Bourses et subventions de la Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes :
- Explo ’RA Sup : sont éligibles les étudiants inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur de la région délivrant des diplômes au moins de Niveau 3, certifiés par l’Etat Français.
- Appels à projets CMIRA (Coopérations et Mobilités Internationales Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes)Explora Pro : accessible pour un chercheur, post-doctorant ou enseignant-chercheur, dans le cadre d’une action couplée de recherche-formation ou de recherche portée par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche ou une COMUE de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.Accueil Pro : accessible pour un étranger chercheur, post-doctorant ou enseignant-chercheur, venant dans le cadre d’une action couplée de recherche- formation ou de recherche portée par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche ou une COMUE de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.Coopera : Coopera encourage les collaborations structurantes académiques et scientifiques par le financement de projets de coopération. Les établissements éligibles à ce projet sont tous les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche rhônalpin.Accueil Doc : en bénéficie tout doctorant étranger venant dans le cadre d’une action de recherche portée par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche ou une COMUE de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.Explora Doc : tout doctorant bénéficie de ce financement à condition de partir à l’étranger dans le cadre d’une action de recherche portée par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche ou une COMUE de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.Accueil Sup : les étudiants étrangers peuvent bénéficier de cette bourse à condition de venir dans le cadre d’une coopération universitaire et suivre un cursus de niveau master 2 dans une université ou une Grande Ecole de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.
UCBL – COM (Contrat Objectifs et Moyens) : finance l’ Allocation Relations Internationales pour les étudiants ne bénéficiant d’aucune autre source de financement.
Cours de langues : Le SCEL (Service Commun d’Enseignement des Langues) assure les certifications TOEIC (obligatoire pour valider le M2) et les cours de FLE (Français Langue Étrangère) pour les étudiants étrangers.La DRI propose des cours de préparation au TOEFL en collaboration avec le SCEL pour les étudiants ayant un projet de mobilité validé. L’IUT est centre d’examen TOEFL dans ce cadre.

Ces formations s’appuient sur un diplôme de Lyon 1 et un diplôme étranger permettant aux étudiants d’obtenir les 2 diplômes à l’issue du parcours. Ces formations sont définies autour de la mobilité des étudiants dans chacun des pays (double diplôme) ou au travers la réalisation à l’étranger du diplôme de Lyon 1 en lien avec un diplôme local (formation commune bi-diplômante).
Ces formations s’appuient sur la mise en place uniquement du diplôme de Lyon 1 à l’étranger dans les locaux du partenaire. Il aboutit pour les étudiants à la délivrance d’un seul diplôme.

Erasmus+ volet Erasmus Mundus Ce programme de l’Union Européenne soutient des formations existantes aux niveaux master (action 1 A) et doctorat (action 1 B), des cursus intégrés de très grande qualité académique, proposés par des consortia d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur issus d’au moins trois pays européens et possiblement de pays tiers, et donnant lieu à des bourses d’études, d’enseignement et de recherche. Il aboutit à la délivrance d’un diplôme conjoint ,ou au minimum double ou multiple, reconnu par les autorités compétentes des pays concernés.
