Week 2:Just for Today, I will not be angry – finding inner peace; Just for Today, I will not worry – theimportance of grounding; Just for Today, I will be grateful – Be humble; Just for Today, I will work withintegrity – be honest in your work; Just for Today, I will be kind to myself & every living being – becompassionate to yourself and others; Reiki Group Meditation

Week 4:Meditating with Animals is powerful; Animals receive healing, too!; Quiet the Restless Mind;Create an energetic space; True Spiritual Masters; Reiki Group Meditation
Week 5:Reiki music with 3 minute chime; Promote Wellness; Enhance memory; Reduce stress & anxiety;Accomplish Individual Goals; Reduces Depression in older adults; Reiki Group Meditation
