Rock Camp Moncton is back this summer!

Two weeks of pure excitement await!

One of Moncton’s longest running camps is back for the 21st edition. It all started back in 1996 and since that time hundreds of musicians have taken part in this yearly rock pilgrimage.

You’ll be part of a band, take part in exciting instrument clinics, workshops, masterclasses and concerts. There is nothing else quite like it. Open to participants ages 10-18.

The typical Rock Camp day begins at 10am and usually starts with bands working together in their respective practice chambers rehearsing material they’ve chosen as a group. On the other days, you’ll be grouped with people who play the same instrument and you’ll participate in clinics and workshops.

Lunch is from 12-1pm onsite here at the Long & McQuade Lesson Centre. We ask that participants bring their own lunch. After lunch, bands rehearse and participate in various materclasses and workshops.

As the days progress, bands begin to rehearse for the final concert which takes place on Saturday, July 23rd. This concert is what the musicians work so hard for during the 2 week camp. It is a 2 hour long concert filled with excellent music, an awesome light show and a few special surprises!
