USER MANUAL FOR REGISTRATION CUM CHOICE FILLING & LOCKING PROCESS OF M.P. STATE NURSING COUNSELLING (2020-21)

Process of Registration & Cum Choice filling for

B.Sc Nursing

Step 1:- Please click on “Registration Cum Choice filling option " for B.Sc Nursing

Step 2:- Enter your Vyapam B.Sc Nursing Roll Number /DOB/Mobile No./Email ID and Captcha

then click on “Proceed for Next” button, as shown in red circle in the below image.

Step 3:- You will receive “OTP” in your registered Mobile No. /Email ID, Enter OTP and click

on “Proceed for Next”, as shown in red circle in the below image.



Once the OTP is validated, the "Registration cum choice filling" form will appear.

The Candidate details will be automatically visible in the Applicant Details section on the

screen.

Note: - Before filling choices Read the "Instruction for College Preference Selection", as

shown in red circle in the below image.



Step 4:- 1. Kindly select the check boxes in front of the given college list according to your choice of preference.

2. The order of your preference will be displayed in the Selected Preference Box.

3. You can also change the order of the preference given in the Selected Preference Box by using up/down arrow buttons as follows. (a) Select the College in Selected Preference Box (b) Use Move up/ Move down arrow button to bring it to the required position.

4. After that click on “Review Selected Preferences” button, as shown in red circle in the

below image.



* Step 5:- Your selected/arrange preference/choices will appear.

A) By selecting option “change college preferences” you can go back and change your preference or select new colleges.

B) By selecting option “Proceed to Next Step” you can save your preference and proceed to lock your choice filling options, as shown in red circle in the below image.



Step 6:- Your Selected College Preferences will be shown on this screen and you will receive OTP for choice locking in your registered Mobile No. /Email ID, Enter OTP and click “Proceed to

Lock Choices” button, as shown in red circle in the below image.

Warning: - If you do not lock your choices, your choices will not be considered for allotment.



Step 7:- After that, kindly choose the online payment gateway and pay the registration cum

choice filling fee.



Step 8:- After successful payment, the receipt will be generated. You may take a print out of the same for future reference.

Note: - If you do not do the payment, your choices will not be considered locked & you will not get any allotment, payment is must to participate in the counseling.
