This program allows participants the opportunity to set up their own activities under the guidance of our counselors. Activities will be primarily separate from normal camp and will be more age appropriate. There will also be a skills training each week.

Each participant must maintain a certain standard to continue in the program. Individuals with poor behavior will be moved to a younger age group or removed from the program with no refund.

2019 SUMMER SCHEDULE

Disney/Superhero WeekDo you believe in magic? How about superpowers? Get ready to experience both during our Disney and Superhero week. This week includes a special guest appearance from some everyday heroes and Disney Princesses! Campers are encouraged to wear Superhero gear or dress up as their favorite Disney character!

WEEK 2: JUNE 3RD-7TH

Wild Safari WeekJoin us on a wild adventure through the Safari! Your explorer can look forward to themed crafts and games such as Barnyard, making animal masks, and a Safari Hunt in the Rec Center! Campers are welcome to bring in a picture of their favorite animal or a picture of their pet at home to share with their group on Friday!

WEEK 9: JULY 22ND-26TH

Game Show Mania WeekNO WHAMMY, NO WHAMMY, NO WHAMMY! STOP! Can your child bring home the big prize? Each day your child will be a contestant on a Game Show. Themed crafts and games will be played, is this a deal or no deal? Come and PRESS YOUR LUCK here at the CSU Rec Center!

WEEK 5: JUNE 24TH-28TH

Wacky Week Calling all wacky campers! It’s time to express your wild side! This week is full of crazy activities and fun themes to keep everyone involved! Which group is the wackiest?! Time will tell!

Monday: Pajama Day - PJs aren’t meant to just be slept in, they’re meant to have fun in! Campers and counselors alike can dress in their favorite PJs! Tuesday: Team on 3! Wear your favorite college or professional sport team!

WEEK 4: JUNE 17TH-21ST

Harry Potter WeekYou’re a wizard!...Well, your child is. Come grab their acceptance letter from Hogwarts! Each wizard will be placed into their chosen House and find out which wand best suits them! During their time at Hogwarts they will create a potion, play Quidditch, and get to experience the Tri-Wizard Tournament! Don’t miss out on a once in a lifetime chance to attend Hogwarts. We encourage all wizards to come dressed in their robes.

WEEK 7: JULY 8TH-12TH

End of Summer BashEnd the Summer the right way at the CSU Rec Center! Throughout the week we will be playing camp favorites, such as Yoshi, Capture the Flag, King Pin and more! On Friday we will be having an End of the Summer Bash, including a cookout, prizes, and more!

WEEK 11: AUG 5TH-9TH

WEEK 3: JUNE 10TH-14TH

Water Week This week we are making a splash at camp. Swimsuits and towel are a MUST as we slip and slide into one of the most popular camp weeks! Enjoy crafts, games and buckets of fun here as we take a “staycation”. Don’t get beat from the heat! Stay cool here at CSU!

WEEK 6: JULY 1ST-3RD

Sherlock Holmes WeekI spy with my little eye a mystery that needs solved! Is your child a true detective? Join us this week and find out! Each detective will create their own detective badge, go through spy training and help solve a mystery scavenger hunt! We need all the top detectives we can get!

Campers Got Talent ATTENTION, ATTENTION, we are happy to announce that OUR campers have talent! Join us Friday to watch your camper perform their talent for the whole camp audience! A sure celebration to have you smiling and a perfect send off heading into our last week of camp; Campers will enjoy practicing their talents to perform Friday!

WEEK 10: JULY 29TH-AUG 2ND

JOIN US FOR A SUMMER FULL OF ADVENTURE

Fun & Fitness WeekGet ready for some friendly competitive fun here at the CSU Rec Center! Campers will drum along with our Pound fitness instructor, participate in field day relays, and ball out! Are you a future Olympian, NBA Basketball Player, or perhaps a Handball Champion? Get ready to find out!

WEEK 1: MAY 28TH-31ST

Carnival WeekCome one, come all! The carnival has returned to CSU once again! Get ready for some clowning around. Themed crafts and games will be played in preparation for our big carnival on Friday! Don’t miss out on some carnival fun!

WEEK 8: JULY 15TH-19THWednesday: Wacky Hat wearers it’s your time to shine. Wear your favorite or most wild hat! Best hat will win a prize!Thursday: Happy Halloween! Come dressed in your favorite Halloween Costume. Best costume will win a prize! Friday: Tie Dye Day - come dressed in your most colorful outfits and bring along a white shirt to Tie Dye!
