Most recently, while working in Huntsville, Alabama, I was the Operations Controller (OC) in the Payload Integration Center where I managed the resources required to effectively operate International Space Station (ISS) Payloads and Science Experiments. I was responsible for real-time planning, re-planning, and general management of the payload portion of the ISS timeline development, integration and documentation of structural requirements into structural design packages. As the principal Equal Opportunity Adviser and Program Manager for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, I oversaw the facilitation, coaching and delivery of leadership development content and assessments through workforce surveys, interviews, and Equal Employment Opportunity small group facilitations to the top executive level management, Chief of Staff and Directorates. During my tenure, I also successfully trained and certified over 216 employees on a high tech missile system which successfully detected, tracked, and engaged enemy missiles; protecting U.S. military, civilians and allied personnel during Middle East conflicts.
