Whitlock Packaging – Fort Gibson, OK (2003) --- Design & installation

of (2) Dunham-Bush Freon systems (R-22) for the production cooling

of Pepsi’s Mountain DEW Amp energy drink in order to saturate CO2

within solution. Design included all exchangers, valving, PLC logic

control, EPR and BPR components.

1. Jasper Products – Joplin, MO – Designed a 1650 HP FES ammonia

system for the cooling and production of Soy Proteins and Soy Milks.

Supplied mechanical and electrical scope of work, PID’s, BOM’s,

equipment rigging etc.

2. Sara Lee Inc – Robinsville, SC – Designed 800 HP FES ammonia

system and BAC tower for spiral freezing of Pie dough.

3. Water Lillie Foods – Astoria, NY – Designed PID for 130 ton Chiller

system installation for storage cooler (Trane).

Refrigeration Revamping/Modifications

McCain-Ellios Foods – Lodi, NJ (1994)--- Added WONDERWARE Control

system platform (HMI)(In-Touch) to existing 1300 HP Mycom

Ammonia screw compressor system. Changed out numerous level

controls to 4-20ma, changed out Mycom liquid ammonia pumps with

durable Hansen liquid supply/return pumps from intercoolers.

Installed new (BPR) valving on Surge tanks.

Krauzser’s Dairy – Edison, NJ (1984) ---- Installation of (2) Frick MRI

ammonia Piston Compressors and PID diagrams along with (2)

Chester- Jensen single stage cascade Ice Builders for chilling process

water.

Krauzser’s Dairy – Edison, NJ (1985) ---- Installation of 60 x 40’ft

concrete floor with heated glycol system. Installation of (2) Interstage

upright Frick Piston Ammonia Compressors and (1) Niagara NO-Frost

sub-zero cooling unit for Dolly Madison Ice Cream storage.

Installation of (2) FES Ammonia Screw Booster Compressors and

related piping for (2) 80 foot Ice Cream Cooling Tunnels and APV

OTHER:

NOTE: Engineered and maintained the largest ammonia system in

New Jersey (Haagen- Dazs facility) with 76,000lbs of Anhydrous

Ammonia. Incident Commander for the entire facility in relation to

township evacuations, and TCPA protocols.
