PFI arrangement

Most buildings form part of a PFI arrangement with Land Securities Trillium (LST).

The contract with LST:

Carries a target to reduce consumption of utilities year on year by 2%.

Includes a penalty clause if LST fail to achieve this target.

Allows for any financial savings to be shared equally between DWP and LST.
