•2 cups All Purpose Flour•1 tsp Baking Soda•2 tsp Cocoa Powder•1 tsp Salt•1 ½ cup Sugar•1 cup Butter Milk•2 Egg•3 tsp Vanilla Extract•1-2 tsp Red Food Coloring•1 tbsp Vinegar•2 tsp Melted Butter (grease)•100 gram Unsalted Butter
For Icing
• 2 ½ cup Icing Sugar• 300 gram Cheese• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Servings: 5 - 6 PersonPreparation Time: 30 MinutesCooking Time: 120 Minutes
STEPS:• Step 1: Preheat the oven up to 325 degree F. In a bowl
whisk flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder
• Step 2: In another bowl first combine the oil and sugar well, then mix vanilla extract, vinegar, red food coloring and egg until it is combined
• Step 3: Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make a smooth batter
• Step 4: Grease the two pans with butter and then pour the batter into it. Keep these pans now in oven to bake them
STEPS:• Step 5: After 30 minutes, check the pans and if tester
comes out to be clean then remove the pans and place them on rack for cooling
• Step 6: Blend cheese and butter firstly, then mix icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until it gets fluffy. Then frost the cake layers
• Step7: Decorated with chocolate sprinkles and press a cherry as desired
