Mistakes: Started out to create a pretty huge system which though loved and appreciated by all clients approached, it proved to be a difficult sell. Difficult to sell mainly because of the repulsive tendency of the restaurant industry to embrace new technology, staff training issues and trust issues in new startups.

Learning: No matter how easy and convenient a system is to use, it's very difficult to deal with local vendors/shopkeepers/business peoples. To make them understand the effectiveness of a CRM system in itself is a separate Sales Call. :)
