The Fullview, Diamond and Crystal series doors are fully Australian designed and manufactured and have been the leading revolving door brands in Australia since the late 1990's, through record's former company AGP Door Systems.

record revolving doors are architecturally designed with the highest quality stylings and finishes, ensuring years of reliable, consistent and safe operation.

Unlike other revolving doors on the market, record doors feature safety sensors that are fully incorporated into the door design, making them effectively hidden to the untrained eye and ensuring that the safety sensors, necessary to prevent the door carousel from hitting an obstruction, do not detract from the doors stylish appearance.

The Fullview Series revolving door offers a range of optional features like automatic sliding 'clamshell' night shields and structural support of highlight glazing, while the Diamond Series is a fully frameless, all glass revolving door favoured by architects for many of Australia's premium commercial office developments.

record STA 20 The record system 20 is the first automatic door system featuring interactive communication, simplified commissioning, intuitive control and greatly enhanced operational safety and reliability. record system 20 supplies the basis of our automatic door drives.

It enables us to provide a wide range of models for the market, all of which are based on this system and use the same components, modified to suit the needs of the individual customer. The result is quicker assembly, high reliability and with lower service and maintenance costs.

record STA 21au Based on the record system 20, the record STA 21au has been modified to meet the requirements of light to medium doors in heavy duty applications. Both have the same Swiss engineered intelligence system, enabling the interactive exchange of information between control, sensors and electronic remote control unit.

The majority of the record STA 21au components are taken from the famous record system 20, which has a thoroughly proven track record in global markets, but fitted with smaller, lighter electrical motors and a specially modified control.

record STA 22 The robust STA 22 automatic door is particularly suitable for special entrances and applications using heavy door leaves. Operator technology is particularly stable and reliable and has maintained its position successfully in the market for many years. The STA 22 automatic sliding door is the ideal solution for special heavy duty applications.

record TSA 20 As the telescopic (bi-sliding) version of STA 20, the TSA encompasses all the features of the standard sliding system. The simple, sturdy and cost effective design (inside the standard height profiles of 160mm and 110mm) is further enhanced by the powerful and whisper quiet performance of the drive system and provides a high performance option for both 2 leaf (single slide direction) and 4 leaf (bi-parting slide) system for doors up to 120kg. Again, the system 20 drive provides a most cost effective and durable solution for entrances where there is restricted space to the side/s of the opening.

record TOS 20 Breakout door systems provide a maximum clear opening where it is necessary to have a normal day to day effective automatic door system for people flow and security, while ensuring a speedy exit with maximum width opening from a building in the event of emergency. The record TOS provides such a system with all the normal system 20 efficiencies, features and benefits. Models include the STA 20 for normal sliding applications and FTA 20 bi-folding system where there is no space to side/s of opening. Again standard height profiles are used (160mm for sliding and 180mm for bi-folding).

SWING DOORSThe record DFA 127 is a universal drive system for the automation of swing doors. It is characterised by sophisticated technology, compact design and record’s legendary smoothness of operation. The focus on a broad range of applications makes it a full-fledged drive, suitable for widely differing requirements.

Its universal qualities are mainly due to its electro-mechanical construction, as well as its modular design. When the door drive motor operates, it simultaneously tensions a spring integrated in the drive housing. The shutting movement uses energy stored in the spring, which, depending on requirements, is also motor-assisted. Even without motor assistance, thanks to ingenious mechanics, optimum power deployment is achieved in the entire door swing area.

The full power and low energy versions demonstrate that the DFA 127 is the correct choice despite conflicting requirements. The strength of the full power version can move doors of several hundred kilos in weight, whereas the low energy version, however, is limited to 1.6 joules of kinetic energy to enable it to operate safely without door leaf mounted safety sensors.

INFLOOR SWING DOORSOffering greater flexibility in entrance system design than alternative transom mounted operators, the C 127 infloor mounted automatic swing door operator is ideal for swing doors within framing glass facades or where overhead space is limited.

The record C 127 can be used for the most diverse applications and as it is extremely quiet and has a high level of momentum, even heavy doors weighing up to 400 kg can easily be operated.

The operator is mounted within the floor with a minimum setdown of 143mm from the finished floor level required. Access to the opeator can be via a stainless steel cover or a flooring insert to match the surrounding paving.

BI-FOLDING DOORS

If there is only limited space for door leaves to open in a narrow passage entrance area, which will prevent the use of sliding doors, an automatic folding door provides a good solution.

The width of passage can be almost fully retained. Automatic folding doors can be retrofitted relatively easily; they are designed to work particularly well when fitted in corridors. Depending on the total width available, the folding door is built as one- or two-sided.

Typical applications for the record FTA 20 can be found in restaurants in the passage to the pantry, for example, or from the kitchen to the dining area, but a recent trend is to use the door to implement no smoking laws by separating non-smokers from newly set up smoking lounges.

In Australia, record bi-fold doors are used in many domestic airport terminals as the physical barrier in a secured exit lane system, allowing passengers to easily leave the secured airside of the terminal, without allowing unscreened passengers to enter from the landside of the terminal.

The reliability and speed of operation of the record FTA 20 operator, make them an ideal door for this and many other security applications.

CURVED SLIDING DOORSCurved sliding doors are ideally suited to lending any façade a real touch of style. They provide the unsurpassed elegance of a revolving door, but are less complex, more flexible and cost effective with regard to looks, as well as providing disable access and emergency egress requirements. This type of door can be integrated into virtually any curved space, and be curved inwards or outwards (concave or convex).

With record's ability to custom design and build a freestanding structure to support the curved operator, just like a revolving door, we are able to work with architects and clients to provide them with a striking entrance feature that complements the surrounding facade.

The framework of record's RST 20 curved operator is the same as our linear STA 20 model, enabling us to provide a wide range of models for the market, all of which are based on the same platform, leading to quicker assembly, high reliability and with lower service and maintenance costs.
