Recipes ofPizza Mozzarella

Ingredients

• flour• salt• yeast• sugar• water• garlic• basil• olive oil• tomatoes• salt• pepper• mozzarella

• Shape pizza dough ball into 6-8 inch circle on a lightly floured surface.( Circle doesn't have to be perfect)

• To prepare sauce, brush dough lightly with olive oil. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough.

• To prepare toppings, cut round slices from the tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese and put around the dough. In the end put some basil leaves on them.
