What is the market doing in Payette Washington Counties? In December of 2012 our market Inventory was a total of 260 available. 119 homes were in the 0 - $120,000 price range. 43 homes were in the $120,000 to $160,000. 33 homes were in the $160,000 to $200,000. 19 homes were in $200,000 to $250,000. 17 homes were in $250,000 to $300,000 and 27 homes are from $300,000 to $700,000. Of that inventory 33 homes sold with an average sales price of $148,707 in Payette and $93,843 in Washington Counties, leaving us with 6.7 months of inventory in Payette and 18.1 in Washington Counties if no more homes came available. New construction is seeing an increase with 10 new homes on the market all under $250,000.
