1. General----------This CD-ROM contains the TSM (TROUBLE SHOOTING MANUAL) A310 in PDF format.

2. Installation---------------Getting started...1) Insert the CD-ROM in the drive,2) Double-click on the "Start.pdf" file.

Adobe Reader software...To view the PDF (Portable Document Format) files available on this CD-ROM youwill need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If it is not the case, this

software can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Systems Web site at:http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.htmlAfter the download is complete, double-click the newly downloaded file and followthe instructions on the screen. After installing the Adobe Reader, all files onthe CD-ROM with the PDF extension can be started by double-clicking thefile.NOTE: Airbus does not provide any support for the procurement of Adobe Reader andits use. Please contact Adobe or your merchandiser directly.

Stand-alone/network environment...When you work in "stand-alone" mode, Airbus recommendation is to keep the data o

nthe CD-ROM (not to be copied to the harddisk). This is to ensure the "Read Only" aspects, i.e. that data can not be modified.However, if you would like to install the CD-ROM in a network-environment andcopy the contents of the CD-ROM to a server, please follow the instructions below:1) Create a dedicated folder on your server (e.g. "A310_TSM").2) a) Copy the "data"-folder (including all files and subfolders) from the CD-ROM to the

  new folder.  b) Copy the "Start.pdf" to the new folder "A310_TSM" (root level)3) On each network-client that needs access to the manual:  a) create a shortcut to the file "start.pdf" on the server,  b) make sure that Acrobat Acrobat Reader version 4.0.5 (or later) is installed.

3. CD-ROM Structure-------------------Rootdirectory:- Start.PDF (The master Start-up and data CD-ROM file in root segment)- Readme.txt (The file you are currently viewing) Subdirectory "Data"- *.PDF (All supporting PDF files needed for the Run)

4. Minimum Required Configuration---------------------------------Computer Pentium based- 32 MB of RAM for Windows 95, 98- 64 MB of RAM for Windows NT- 128 MB of RAM for Windows 2000
