A value from a register which represents the bulk quantityof a commodity. This quantity is computed as the integralof the commodity usage rate. This value is used as thebasis for the dial reading at the meter, and as a result, mayroll over upon reaching a maximum dial value. Note: Thisenumeration is usually implied by the context. Users mayelect to omit phrases implied by their context from a textualdescription (e.g. the alias name), but choose to retainthem in the numeric description (e.g. the name).

The sum of the previous billing period values and thepresent period value.

The "consumption" or "usage" of a commodity between twodistinct points in time. Or alternatively, the quantityconsumed over a specific period of time (with "zero" at thestart of the measurement). The period over which the beginand endpoints occur may be non-recurring or irregular(such as a billing period which changes size with thenumber of days in a month). Further context is provided bythe TimeAttribute, Flow direction, and the time-stamp(s).(See also "Interval data" for a related concept).

The "delta" difference between two values at regularly spaced intervals in time. Theuse of "IntervalData" implies that the datum is part of a consecutive series of datasampled at uniform intervals of time.

A form of accumulation which may be selective with respect to time. Note: Thisenumeration is usually implied by the unit of measure.

Typically used to describe that a power factor or reactive energy component islagging the reference value.

Typically used to describe that a power factor or reactive energy component isleading the reference value.

    Comments

Not Applicable, or implied by the unit of measure.

The sum of the previous billing period values.

As if a needle swung out to a value to indicate the current value.

A series of data samples accompanied by timestamp(s)

A form of computation which introduces a time delay characteristic to the data value

Or alternatively, the quantityconsumed over a specific period of time (with "zero" at the

start of the measurement).
