Left hand window provides a means to drill down into various folders as they were collected from user desktops and servers

All user naming conventions are preserved

Search Window

The Search Window is where most users will utilize the tool

The user starts by creating search criteria via dropdown

There’s a wide variety and large amount of flexibility in the types of searches

Search criteria can be saved and shared with other users (workflow and user task assignments)

On-the-fly deduplication allows the for duplicates to be suppressed from the reviewer

The Search Results window shows all the files that met the user selected search criteria

Total number of items found

Top half of window lists the individual files

Bottom half of window shows a preview of item selected

Double clicking on any item in the list will open up that file in HTML (Item) View

The Item View shows an “enhanced native” view of any document

Basic information about this file is available in the header

All email metadata fields are immediately available

Subjective coding Attachments

Chain explorer provides more functionality

Code the message unit from anywhere in the chain as well as immediately apply to exact duplicates
