Shape the nail. Lightly buff the surface of the nail plate. Sanitize. Prep with pH Bond.

1Apply a thin coat of Foundation. Cap free edge. Cure: 5 seconds in LED 18G.

Apply a thin coat of Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish color of choice. Cap free edge. Cure: 30 seconds in LED 18G. Repeat once for darker colors.

3Apply a thin coat of Top It Off. Cap free edge. Cure: 30 seconds in LED 18G.

Remove tacky residue with Nail Surface Cleanse and lint-free nail wipe.

5Massage Nourish Cuticle Oil into skin surrounding nail plate.

Apply Gelish

Break top seal by gently roughing the surface with 100/180 Grit Buffer and remove shine.

1Saturate cotton or nail wipe with Remover. Place cotton or wipe on foil. Wrap nail with foil. Soak for 15 minutes.

Remove foil. With orangewood stick, gently remove any remaining gel. Be careful not to press into the nail.

3Lightly buff nail surface with a 220/280 Buffer.

Massage Nourish Cuticle Oil into skin surrounding nail plate.

1. QUESTION: Is Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish used with a Base Coat?

ANSWER: YES. Gelish® Foundation Gel is new technology for gel adhesion. It is designed to create the bond between the Gelish® colors to the natural nail plate. There is no primer necessary in this system.

2. QUESTION: Do I use a Top Coat? ANSWER: YES, Gelish® Top It Off is a soak-off gel top

coat that seals the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish. Top It Off cures under UV or LED Lights and has a long lasting high shine.

3. QUESTION: Do I need to cleanse the Top It Off? ANSWER: YES. This product does require cleansing

after curing. It will be sticky and appear not to be dry if this step is skipped.

4. QUESTION: How long does Gelish® Soak-Off Gel

Polish last? ANSWER: Gelish® will last until you soak it off. Gelish®

does not peel, chip or fade. It performs like a gel and will provide up to 21 days of lasting color.

5. QUESTION: How do I remove Gelish® Soak-Off Gel

Polish? ANSWER: This product will soak off in 10 – 12

minutes. Lightly file over the top of the surface with a 100/180 Grit Buffer. Apply Gelish® Artificial Nail Remover to a cotton ball and place on the nail. Wrap the nail with foil and allow the nail to soak for 10 – 12 minutes. Then push loose product off with an orangewood stick.

6. QUESTION: Does Gelish® cause any chemical damage to the natural nail?

ANSWER: NO. This system uses only a pH balancing agent to stabilize the moisture level of the nail. Then the Gelish® Foundation Gel has adhesive properties that attract to the keratin in the natural nail, not causing any depletion, only acting as two-sided tape to adhere the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish to the nail itself.

7. QUESTION: Can Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish be used over traditional gel or acrylic?

ANSWER: Yes, it can be put over traditional gel or acrylic as long as it is being applied to a rough surface filed with a 100/180 Grit Harmony Buffer or a 180 Grit File. REMEMBER, you cannot soak off Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish from acrylics without removing the nail itself.

8. QUESTION: How many applications per bottle? ANSWER: Most gel polish applications include

a 2 coat application. The 15 mL bottles will do approximately 50 full sets.

9. QUESTION: How do I prep? ANSWER: Lightly remove the shine using a 180 Grit

Buffer, dehydrate the nail with Gelish® pH Bond. 10. QUESTION: Is the Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Remover

drying to the skin? ANSWER: The Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Remover is in

the acetone family, but also has conditioners in it to eliminate drying of the skin or cuticles.
