Children must be present to redeem form for ride tickets. Only one form per child, per day. A maximum of two forms may be submitted during the 2017 OC Fair. A maximum of six free rides per child. No photocopies of reports. All work must be original. Adult accompanying child will be required to show identification.

1. READ: 2 books. Children, ages 5-11. 2. WRITE: A brief summary of

approximately 25 words. Children age 5 may draw pictures. Have a parent or teacher sign the form to confirm the book was read.

3. BRING TO: Centennial Farm information booth.4. RIDE: Enjoy 3 carnival rides.
