Về Chúng tôi / About Us

R&D Planners được thành lập tháng 6 năm 2016, dựa trên sự kết hợp giữa Vinaconex R&D, đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế có bề dày kinh nghiệm hàng đầu Việt Nam, và một đội ngũ các chuyên gia quy hoạch, kiến trúc và cảnh quan đã tích lũy được nhiều kinh nghiệm quốc tế thông qua việc tham gia phát triển các dự án bất động sản có giá trị cao tại Việt Nam.

R&D Planners was founded in June 2016, based on the co-operation between Vinaconex R&D, one of the first-class consultant companies in Vietnam, and a group of architects and planners who have accumulated considerable experience working side-by-side with international experts in developing high-value real estate projects in Vietnam.

Dr Hoang Huu PheChairman

Tiến sĩ Hoàng Hữu Phê hiện là Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị Công ty CP Tư vấn Đầu tư Xây dựng và Ứng dụng công nghệ mới – Vinaconex R&D. Ông là người đặt nền móng cho việc hình thành thương hiệu cuả một đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế đẳng cấp quốc gia tại Việt nam. Vinaconex R&D là công ty tiên phong trong thiết kế xây dựng và phát triển công trình cao tầng ở Hà Nội và thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, đồng thời, là công ty tư vấn thiết kế quy hoạch đã tạo dựng nên các dự án phát triển đô thị cao cấp, hấp dẫn bậc nhất tại nhiều địa phương trên cả nước, như dự án đô thị Bắc An Khánh – Splendora, dự án nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp tại Cái Giá – Cát Bà (Hải Phòng), dự án Đô thị mới Hưng Điền (thành phố Hồ Chí Minh), Khu dự án nghỉ dưỡng tích hợp Hòn Ngọc Châu Á tại Phú Quốc (Kiên Giang).

Dr. Hoang Huu Phe is currently the Chairman of the Board, Vinaconex R&D. He is the founder of one of the first-class consultancies at the national level in Vietnam. Vinaconex R&D is a pioneer in planning, design and development of high-rise buildings in largest cities of Vietnam: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, the company is also responsible for some of the most attractive high-end urban developments in Vietnam, such as North An Khanh – Splendora in Hanoi City, Planned Community Resort at Cai Gia – Cat Ba near Halong Bay, Hung Dien New Town in Ho Chi Minh City, Pearl of Asia Resort on Phu Quoc Island (Kien Giang Province), etc.

Ông là ngừời đưa ra lý thuyết Vị Thế - Chất Lượng (SQTO) cùng với Giáo sư Patrick Wakely tại Đại học Tổng hợp London (UCL) vào năm 2000. Lý thuyết này được tặng giải thưởng mang tên Donald Robertson của tạp chí quốc tế uy tín Urban Studies dành cho công trình xuất sắc nhất trong năm về vị trí dân cư và cấu trúc đô thị. Lý thuyết Vị thế - Chất lượng được trích dẫn quốc tế rộng rãi, và là đề tài chính trong một chương trình được hỗ trợ bởi Viên Hàn lâm KHXH Vương quốc Anh (The British Academy), giữa các nhà nghiên cứu Việt Nam và các đồng nghiệp Vương quốc Anh từ Đại học tổng hợp Leeds.

He is the author of the Status Quality Trade-Off Theory (SQTO), developed together with Professor Patrick Wakely of University College London (UCL). The study leading to the theory was awarded the Donald Robertson Memorial Prize 2000 by the Editors of Urban Studies, a world-class journal published in UK, for the best paper of the year on residential location and urban structure. The theory is widely cited internationally, and is currently the main topic of a joint research programme, supported by the British Academy, between Vietnamese researchers and their colleagues from Leeds university (UK).

Chuyên gia Quy hoạch Trần Tuấn Anh có hơn 16 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển quy hoạch trải dài trên cả nước. Với sự đa dạng về kinh nghiệm thông qua kết hợp phát triển quy hoạch đô thị với các chuyên gia quốc tế, am hiểu sâu rộng về cơ chế, hình thức phát triển của các tỉnh thành ở Việt Nam, đã giúp ông thiết kế, phát triển nhiều dự án phát triển đô thị thành công tại nhiều tỉnh, thành phố tại Việt nam như quy hoạch chung thành phố Bắc Giang, dự án khu đô thị Bắc An Khánh – Splendora, khu đô thị trung tâm thành phố Thanh Hóa, Khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp Hòn Ngọc Châu Á – Phú Quốc ….. Trong các dự án phát triển quy hoạch đô thị, không chỉ giúp hoàn thành xuất sắc các dự án quy hoạch và phát triển đô thị, với vai trò đầu tầu, ông Trần Tuấn Anh đã dần tạo nên các dự án đô thị phát triển bền vững, hấp dẫn và gia tăng cao giá trị cho nhiều khu vực.

Urban Planning specialist Tran Tuan Anh (MSc in Town Planning, NSW University, Australia) has over 16 years of experience working in major planning projects nationwide. With the diversity of professional expertise through joint works in urban development with highly competent foreign planners and architects, plus a deep understanding of the context of urban development in Vietnam, including both the forms and the mechanisms of the development, he has completed a series of successful planning projects in Vietnam, such as Master Plan of Bac Giang City, New Town development at North An Khanh – Splendora, Central City Urban Area of Thanh Hoa City, high-end resort The Pearl of Asia on Phu Quoc Island, etc. In the large-scale planning projects, as the team leader, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh has gradually built up a firm reputation for sustainable projects, which bring considerable added values for the investors in many localities throughout the country.

Khu đô thị mới Bắc An Khánh / SplendoraKhu đô thị mới Bắc An Khánh với diện tích hơn 246 ha, được định hướng phát triển như một đô thị hạt nhân dọc trục Láng Hòa Lạc. Dự án là mô hình phát triển đô thị tích hợp giữa nhà ở, trung tâm thương mại cấp vùng, tổ hợp văn phòng, dịch vụ, tài chính. Bắc An Khánh – Splendora được phát triển như một đô thị có giá trị bất động sản hàng đầu tại thủ đô Hà Nội. Là cực nam châm thu hút đầu tư đô thị mới về phía Tây Hà Nội.

North An Khanh / Splendora New Urban Area was planned as a TOD (Transit Oriented Development) along the Thang Long Highway. It is an integrated urban development model comprising of residential buildings, office complexes, financial and other high profile producer services. North An Khanh – Splendora is developed as a project with the highest real estate values in the capital city of Hanoi, acting as a magnet, pulling considerable new urban investment to the West of the capital city, where long term urban development is prioritized.

Khu Đô thị Du lịch Cái Giá - Cát Bà / Planned Community Resort at Cai Gia - Cat BaQuy hoạch khu đô thị du lịch Cái Giá - Cát Bà. Diện tích 173 ha. Được định vị như một đô thị du lịch nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp của Tổng VINACONEX tại phía Bắc Việt Nam. Dự án mang đậm nét sinh thái, phát triển bền vững, đồng thời hình thành một đô thị tích hợp với đa dạng các chức năng nghỉ dưỡng, giải trí và hội nghị, hội thảo song song với bảo tồn sinh thái.

Cai Gia - Cat Ba Planned Community Resort has total area under development of 173 ha, intended as a high end resort of Vinaconex JSC in Nothern Vietnam. The project is characterized by its emphasis on ecological qualities and elements of sustainable development, and is an intergrated urban development embodying diverse functions such as a resort, a recreation/entertainment center, a MICE (meeting, incentives, convention & exhibition) venue and a ecological reserve.

Trục phát triển Nhật Tân - Nội Bài / Development Axis Nhat Tan - Noi Bai *Giải nhì cuộc thi Quốc tế. Diện tích 2500 haÝ tưởng đã hình thành được một hình ảnh đặc trưng, hình ảnh mới, hiện đại và độc đáo cho Thủ đô Hà Nội trên trục giao thông kết nối với sân bay Quốc tế Nội Bài. Dự án là sự kết hợp giũa bảo tồn thiên nhiên, kết nối các trung tâm tài chính, kinh tế mới với di tích lịch sử Cổ Loa của Hà Nội. Dự án được lãnh đạo Thành phố Hà Nội và Hội Quy hoạch Đô thị Việt Nam đánh giá cao về ý tưởng tổng thể.

Second Prize at an International CompetitionThe concept of the Master Plan has created a completely new image, modern and unique fo the capital city of Hanoi on the important highway axis connecting the city with the Noi Bai Airport. The project is an integration of nature conservation measures with the functions of a transport hub linking economic and financial centers with the historical site of the Co Loa ancient citadel. The project was highly appreciated by the leadership of Hanoi Municipality and Vietnam Association of Urban Development Professionals on the merit of general development scheme.

The project is located on the gateway to the Hoa Binh City with unique terrain, a point linking Da river with agricultural zones and the mountainous areas. The main purpose was to create a unique development framework for:- A 36-hole Golf Course based on natural terrain;- A new town comprising of high quality residential structures and social infrastructures, taking advantages of the landscape and scenery resources of the Da river;- A mixture of land uses use including tourist services, entertainment facilities and rest and recreational activities, together with commerce and services along the river banks.

Việc phân khu phát triển cho một thành phố với kinh tế phát triển trung bình khá là đặc biệt quan trọng. Đề xuất đã khu phát triển các chức năng độc lập nhằm tối đa hóa vị trí địa lý của từng khu vực, hài hòa với các yếu tố định hướng hiện có cũng như phù hợp cao với tình hình phát triển kinh tế địa phương.

Bac Giang city for quite long time has been seen as s “sleeping” city, although, with its strategic location and a firm agricultural foundations, Bac Giang should have been developed to shoulder the responsibility to supply food stuff, vegitables and fruits for Hanoi Cappital City Region.

An appropriate zoning for a city with the economic development at a higher than average level plays a decisive role in maximizing the advantages possesed by different zones with different, relatively independent functions, in line with the current development orientation and level of local economy, is a pressing task to be fullfiled.

Phương án phát triển dựa trên mô hình phát triển bền vững của các chuyên gia quy hoạch hang đầu Châu Âu. Một đô thị phát triển tích hợp giữa khu vực hỗn hợp cao tầng – một trung tâm CBD mới phía Bắc sông Hồng của thủ đô Hà Nội với các chức năng nhà ở mang đậm nét kiến trúc, đời sống người dân Hà Nội trên nền tảng công viên cảnh quan sinh thái.

Vinaconex R&D, together with international consultant companies Dissing + Weitling (Denmark) and Buro Happold (UK) had won the Planning Competition for Gia Lam New Town and proceeded to develop the Master Planning scale 1:2000.

The winning concept idea of the project was based on the sustainable model of development suggested by some of the best European planners and architects. A new urban center with a prominent CBD on the Nothern side of the Red River, integrating residential towers, massive park lands and vast water surfaces with the features of Hanoi traditional urban living within the setting of a huge ecopark.

Khu đô thị sinh thái Đồng MaiDong Mai Eco Urban AreaDự án có diện tích 214 ha, nằm trong vành đai xanh của thủ đô Hà Nội. Dự án được quy hoạch để phát triển đô thị sinh thái, mật độ thấp.

Mục tiêu đề xuất phát triển dự án nhà ở sinh thái với môi trường thiên nhiên hấp dẫn, đan xen giữa hệ thống cây xanh và mặt nước lớn. Đồng thời để nâng cáo tính khả thi của dự án, đẩy mạnh tính thương mại, dự án được phát triển như một điểm đến độc đáo của ngành thời trang Việt Nam.

The Dong Mai Eco-Urban Area project is located within the Green Belt of Hanoi City, in one of the most lush-green area to the South West. A normal population urban density is reduced by a half for this designated green lung areas of the capital city, thus on 214 ha only about 10,000 residents are supposed to be housed.

The area is characterized by a dense cover of greenery combined with a huge, 23 ha water surface of a retention lake, which serves as the visual and activities centre of the whole development. l Building concepts and basic design The idea for an attractive architecural piece normally start sfrom somewher very far from what we see. Some take their inspiration from the nature, others want to recreate the images or the zeitgeits of traditional urban life of the by-gone centuries, still other, more adventurous, avantgard architects want to taste the future lifestyles, which they want to be created here and now. VietinBank, one of the most successful banks in Vietnam decided to build their Headquarters Office in Hanoi using the design of Forster + Partners, the world most famous architectural firrm based in London, UK. Vinaconex R&D was honoured to be selected to work in the capacity of the Local Consultant in the design of this extremely complex building, from the concept stage down to technical desin, construction design and author supervision. This is a great opprtunity for Vinaconex R&D architects and engineers to learn from the best professionals in the world . According to plans, the VietinBank Tower will be completed in early 2018.

Khu Đô thị mới Trung Hòa Nhân ChínhTrung Hoa – Nhan Chinh New Urban AreaKhu đô thị mới Trung Hòa Nhân Chính là khu đô thị cao tầng thương mại đầu tiên tại Hà Nội được khởi công vào năm 2000. Trên một khu ruông lúa cách xa trung tâm thành phố, các ngôi nhà cao bất thường vào thời gian này đã gây bất ngờ cho nhiều người, và mật độ cao vừa phải, vốn được tạo nên để khuyến khích tiếp xúc mặt - đối - mặt cho tầng lớp thanh niên trẻ có chuyên môn cao ban đầu đã khiến nhiều người băn khoăn. Tuy nhiên các giải pháp quy hoạch được suy tính rất kỹ đã làm cho Trung Hòa Nhân Chính trở thành một trong các điểm quy chiếu của thị trường nhà ở tại Hà Nôi. Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh New Urban Area is the first commercial, high rise, mixed-use complex in Hanoi, planned and designed almost entirely by Vinaconex R&D and built arround 2000 – 2006. On a greenfield of rice paddies, the construction of unusually during that time tall residential towers were received by many with big surprise, and a reasonably high density, intended for encouraging face-to-face contacts of the so-called Yuppies (Young Urban Professionals) were at the beginning a target of many doubts. However, the carefully thought-out planning solutions have turned Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh into a sort of reference point for housing development in town. After more than a decade from the day its was completed , Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh is widely recognized as one of the truly urban centers, attracting many residents to come to live here.
