WHO IS ALTER EVO?

Alter Evo Ingenieros was born in 2006 as a consulting specialized in Asset

Management, RAM Engineering, Tribology and Lubrication.

Highlights are the trainings are projects of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance),

FMEA ( Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Inventory Management and RCA (Root

Cause Analysis).

OBJECTIVE The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the RCM

method of maintenance task optimization. Participants will gain an understanding of the

use of failure data analysis and failure forecasting and how to choose optimum

maintenance tasks that reduce the costs to the business, the application of SAE JA 1011

and other standards and failure management policies.

 

OUTCOME Upon completion, participants will:

Be able to choose the optimum maintenance task and know the

benefits to the business.

Know how to forecast spares, resources, budgets and risks.

Know what needs to be done to keep a maintenance plan

focused on minimising the chance of future losses.
