iConnect enables the guest to connect to the ships telephony network using their own smart device. The guests smart phone becomes an extension of the Mitel iPBX.

iConnect is available in 3 flavors: • Downloadable Branded SIP Client App from iTunes or Android Play Store• Embedded into an existing cruise ship Guest mobile Application. • Using the Guests existing SIP Client (i.e. Bria, xLite)

The solution is fully integrated with the PMS therefore the guest has minimal settings to manage and a simple user name and passcode for validation.
