Honda’s 2016 Line is also out and Polaris is due to release the 2016

lineup late July.

Will have more info in the next newsletter!

Thanks go to Dan Thompson and Mike Jeffords, for their hard work on the Travel Plan, it has

been a long process and we are far from done. Dan submitted a letter of objection from RCORUA

and BRR and Mike and several others submitted letters also. The “greenies” have far more letter

writers than any other organization and that is why they seem to get their way. If you want it to

change you have to take the time to write a letter or postcard.

It is still not too late to let your voice be heard, call or write you Senators, Congress, and any other

official you can think of , including Julie King, and let them know your views. Tell Congress to get

something done to take out the IRA’s and WSA’s out of limbo. The FS will say it is too late to

comment on the Travel Plan but if they are inundated by calls and letters it may make a difference.

Also there have been rumors that some of the greenie’s are trying to intimidate motorized users, if

you encounter any, get pictures and any information possible (take pictures of the individuals or

their cars license plates at the trail head). If you are on a legal trail from the 2005 Travel Map,

nothing has changed, until the ROD is signed and released (possibly late summer).

PLEASE fill out the entire membership form when renewing or for a new membership. Check or fill out all the lines that apply. We are encouraging members that have email addresses to sign up for the

emailed version of the newsletter (in color) to cut our expenses. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW YOU WANT THE NEWSLETTER SENT TO YOU AND IF YOU WANT ANY EMAIL’S!

Your privacy is important to us, your information is only used for club purposes and is not shared with any outside entity. Notify us if you do not want your name or picture published in the newsletter or on the website!

If you have not ridden on Trail 39

(Chain of Lakes) this could be the

last summer to do so. The trail is a

little rough in a few spots and it is for

the experienced rider.
