RASPBERRY PI INITIATIVES IN INDIA The Kerala government under the scheme ‘Learn to Code’

will distribute 10,000 kits annually to students, primarily in eighth standard, and follow it up with focused training and mentoring sessions and competitions.

It is being implemented by the Technopark Technology Business Incubator (TTBI) in association with Kerala's IT@School project and Kochi-based mobile internet technology incubator Startup Village.

Kerala government had also announced innovative student entrepreneurship policy and kept 500cr for making state as startup hub.

Kerala celebrated September 12 as entrepreneurship day.

ROLE OF RASPBERRY PI IN INDIAN EDUCATIONAL ECOSYSTEM

Raspberry Pi-Kiosk Website Website is made of certain panels.

Certain panels would cycle through multiple posts in a slider format, while other simply presented a fixed message.

The auto updating was achieved using AJAX and jQuery, with the data being sent in JSON strings from the server. 

The content management system like WordPress, allowing specific employees to easily update and add new posts potentially from anywhere in the world.

ASTRO PI A Raspberry Pi Distro for learning Space Science
