Description: It is a professional class A WH cold chain complex with 2 buildings. One building contains 4 storage chambers of 175 m2 and up to minus 30*C temperature each. The other building has an office area and 2 chambers of 700 m2 each and up to minus 2*C temperature. WH complex has fenced territory enough for 40 mt semitrailer trucks maneuvering, guarded CP at entrance and numerous CCTV. The Complex has own generators for 24/7 operation. Description: There are both dry store and cold

store chambers in one brick walled building.

There are 4 cold store chambers of 150 m2

each with capability to maintain minus 18*C.

The building has concrete floor, its own

generator and fair approach road. It is situated

in a fenced and guarded WH compound.

Adequate office space available for rent as well.

Description: There are 4 cold chambers – 200

m2 and 60 m2 (1st building), 300 m2 and 70 m2

(2nd building). All chambers are inside brick

walled buildings; the chambers in the 1st

building are at final phase of construction – to

be finished in a month according to the owner.

The chambers in the 2nd building are in

operation; 70m2 were available for rent at the

date of assessment, 300 m2 are already rented

by a client until end of August 2018. The WH

have CCTV, according to the owner it is

guarded at night time, but no guards were

visible at the time of the assessment. Adequate

office space available for rent as well.
