1. Candidates should bring all original documents for verification along with

one set of copy.

a) 1oth or 12th Mark sheet of HSCE /CBSE / ICSE/ Equivalent examination. b) Attempt Certificate c) School Leaving Certificate

d) Latest and Valid Caste Certificate issued by Government of Gujarat (In case of OBC student, latest and valid Non Creamy Layer certificate issued must be produced) (If applicable)

e) Provisional Eligibility Certificate (if applicable). f) Sports Certificate (if applicable) g) NCC Certificate (if applicable)

h) Aadhar card (optional)

2. Admission Fee Payment Option (SBI Collect)

3. Candidate can pay online through SBI Collect using SBI Net Banking Debit

Card, Credit Card and cash deposit in SBI Bank with generating Bank

Challan.

4. Candidate has to come at university for document verification with payment

details (printout) in given Last date/time of respective merit list.

5. Candidate can also bring Demand Draft favouring “Registrar, Raksha Shakti

University” payable at Ahmadabad or cash for the payment of fees. Payment

through cheque won’t be accepted.

o Amount of Fees is Rs.10,000/- annually (Only female candidates

will be given 50% deduction in total fees).

o Rs. 2,000/- towards caution money (deposit).

o Rs. 1,200/- Sports Dress Charges.

Payment Instruction

Step – 1: Click on the https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/institutiontypedisplay.htm

Link and it will display the below screen and click on Go.

Step – 2: Select Gujarat in State of Corporate / Institution and select Educational

Institutions in type of Corporate / Institution and click on Go.

Step – 3: Select RAKSHA SHAKTI UNIVERSITY in Educational Institution Name and click on

Submit Button.

Step – 4: Select Appropriate Payment Category from Drop Down Box.

Step – 5: Fill all the necessary Details in the form and verify it and then Click on Submit Button

Step – 6: It is a Verification Screen, Verify it and if it is perfect then Click on Confirm Button.

Step – 7: Now, Select the Payment Option from the following:

Net Banking (if u have an account with State Bank Of India)

Debit card (if u have State Bank Debit Card)

Other Banks (if u have other Bank Debit Card)

Credit Card (Any Bank Credit Card)

Cash on Bank (Other Payment Modes, if u wish to manual

pay in to the any State Bank of India Branch)

Step – 8: if you choose "SBI branch" under "Other payment modes" then it will display below

screen. It means that your information is stored in SBI database and then you click on "Pre-

acknowledge form in PDF" link to generate the Challan.

Step – 9: Print below page and go to nearest SBI branch and give Printout along with total amount to

cash counter.

Step – 10: Put "Journal No" in application form.

Step – 11: Send Application along with original challan copy (Given by SBI branch after payment).

Please keep a set of application with you for further reference.

૧. રક્ષાશક્ક્ત યવુનિવસિટીના િેબસાઇટ ઉપર Online Fee Payment ઉપર ક્લીક કરી, જે પેજ ખલુ ેતેમાાં Click Here to

Make Payment ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરિાર્થી સ્ટેટ બેન્ટ્ક ઓફ ઇન્ન્ટ્િયાની આઇ ક્લેકટ સાઇટ ખલુશે.

અર્થિા સ્ટેટ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ન્ટ્િયાની State Bank of India સાઇટ ઉપર જાઓ.

તેના મખુ્ય પેજ ઉપર દશાસિેલી શરતો સ્િીકારિા છેલ્લી શરત પછી આપેલા ચોરસ ખાનામાાં ક્ક્લક કરો અને Proceed ઉપર ક્લીક કરો.

૨. હિે ખલુ્લાાં નિાાં પેજ ઉપર Select State ના વિકલ્પ પૈકી Gujarat વિકલ્પ વસલેક્ટ કરો.

૩. ત્યાર પછીના વિકલ્પ પૈકી Educational Institution વસલેકટ કરો.

૪. હિે નવુાં પેજ ખલુશે. જેમાાં Raksha Shakti University વસલેક્ટ કરો.

૫. હિે રક્ષા શક્ક્ત યવુનિવસિટીને પેમેન્ટ્ટ માટેનુાં પેજ ખલુશે. આ પેજ ઉપર વસલેકટ કેટેગરીમાાં જુદાાં જુદાાં વિકલ્પો મળશ.ે

૬. આપેલ ફોમસમાાં જરૂરી વિગતો ભરી વિદ્યાપીઠે નક્કી કરેલી રકમ ભરિાની રહશેે. આ રકમ પર ર્થતો આઇ ક્લેકટ ચાર્જ જે તે વ્યક્ક્તએ એટલે કે ભરણુાં ભરનારે ભરિાનો રહશેે.

૭. રકમ ભરિા માટે ઇન્ટ્ટરનેટ બેંકીંગ, િબેબટ કાિસ, કે્રડિટ કાિસ જેિા વિકલ્પ આિશે. તે પૈકી અનકુળૂ હોય તે વિકલ્પર્થી રકમ ભરિાની રહશેે.

૮. બેંકમાાં રોકિરે્થી રકમ ભરિાનો વિકલ્પ પણ મળશે. જે વસલેકટ કરતાાં સ્ટેટ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ન્ટ્િયાનુાં ચલણ જનરેટ ર્થશે. તે ચલણ સારે્થ સ્ટેટ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ન્ટ્િયાની નજીકની કોઇપણ શાખામાાં ભરી શકાશે.

૯. ઇન્ટ્ટરનેટ બેંકીંગ કે કે્રડિટ કાિસ, િબેબટ કાિસર્થી ચકૂિણાાંની કાયસિાહી સફળતાપિૂસક પણૂસ ર્થયા બાદ રસીદ જનરેટ ર્થશે. જેનુાં વિન્ટ્ટ લઇ જે તે વિભાગમાાં, જો કોઇ ફોમસ હોય તો ફોમસ સારે્થ જમા કરાિિાનુાં રહશેે.

૧૦. રકમ ભરનાર તેની િધ ુએક નકલ પોતાની પાસે આધાર પરુાિા તરીકે રાખી શકશે.

૧૧. જો કોઇ સાંજોગોમાાં ચકૂિણાાંની િડક્રયા વનષ્ફળ જાય અને ભરણુાં ભરનારના ખાતામાાંર્થી રકમ ઉધરી ગઇ હશે તો તે રકમ બેંક દ્વારા પરત જમા આપિામાાં આિશે.
