HOW TO GET STARTED

BENEFIT NIGHT AT ARBY’S®Arby’s will donate 10% of sales from the Benefit Night to support a non-profit 501C school, church or youth development organization focused on childhood hunger, leadership or career readiness.

HOW IT WORKS• Each organization will work with the Donation’s

Coordinator 4-6 weeks prior to the event to select an Arby’s location, date (Sunday through Wednesday) and three hour time frame.

• Visit drmarbys.com/locations for participating Arby’s restaurants.

• The Donation’s Coordinator will email a sign and flyers for distribution.

• The organization is responsible for advertising the event via social media, email, newsletter, local media, etc.

NIGHT OF THE EVENT• At least three volunteers from the organization

will be present during the three hour time frame to interact with guests and help clear tables.

• A check for 10% of the sales will be mailed within 4-6 weeks after the event.
