1. Project Description:MPBCM is an AUTOSAR based project which provides an extra layer of security and safety

actively and passively through our applications developed than the conventional one. It contributes its part in controlling all motor as well as climate and functionality, like sensing the conditions via a sensor and actuating the relative hardware. Vehicle dynamics, braking, comfort and convenience, infotainment and telematics, Energy, internal lighting, climate, Start Stop management, Keyless start, IMMOBILIZER, CAN/LIN gateways, remote RFkey and external lighting etc are areas where BCM contributes its control.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in the Project as a Team Member for Module development, integration and unit testing, functional testing, Smoke testing (Pre build testing) and some managerial activities too.

Involved in resolving most number of critical issues during crunch time

Involved in pre-full build testing of all the modules after each baseline.

Involved in working on ECU sleep test and issue track

Involved in diagnostics testing on Fiat diag tool and on Canoe.

Involved in performing Unit tests for all the modules on VectorCast software

Involved in setting up the lab and required hardware in order to run things smooth.

Involved in bringing the team together for some fun activities after a hard time dealing with issues.

2. Project Description:HUD (Heads Up Display) is a CAN testing project from DENSO corp Japan which involved testing on CANOE as a software and hardware as HUD and EV board. Tested functionalities involved are on ECU sleep and wake up, NM frame shifting, message buffer check on MicroView plus debugger, timeout frame check, frame check on high bus load and micro load, sleep and wake up check by inducing noise into CANL-CANH.


Involved in task effort estimation, planning and execution.

Though the task was a 4 week estimate as per SME and upon customer request completed the task in 12 working days including weekends with two hardware setups.

Worked at onsite DENSO japan to satisfy customers and make them believe that the task can actually be completed within the estimate given.

Translation mistakes of Japanese documents including test plan and hardware spec as to avoid that being a roadblock for the task.

Interaction with Japanese customers on regular basis and managing the report in both Japanese as well as English language.

3. Project Description:BRCM (Broadcom MCAL driver development) is a project procured from Broadcom to develop MCAL drivers. This project was unique as the configuration for the drivers are usually provided by tier-1 companies or OEMs, but in this project we developed the configuration including the template on .Xtend language(Java) and also development of validation rules using KSAR tool (similar to EBtresos), therefore generating ‘Cfg.c’, ‘Lcfg.c’, ‘Cfg.h’ and ‘Pbcfg.c’ files. Driver code and configuration development is done for latest Autosar standard version 4.2.2.


Involved in requirement analysis, SRS, Test plan, test application and design document preparation.

Configuration development, validation rule development for DIO driver.

System information analysis by studying TRM (Technical reference manual and Datasheet) for BCM989103 and BCM989107 MCU.

DIO driver development and testing and report generation.

Process compliance with regular screening and reviews.

SVN tortoise used for data and code storage.

Awards and Recognition:

Recognized for most issues resolved during VPA - VPE and quick learning and adapting with Modules development and Unit testing process.

Worked in Delphi Tech Centre Bangalore (Local Onsite) on Unit testing and interacted with Vector team on bringing most information and eliminating roadblocks for smooth UT process and increased the efficiency in that.

Recognized by most of the team members and lead on work and thought process as well as quick response time and also for being on time in resolving most of the Bugs.
