S200 Pink Flamingo
RUUTS, a beautiful flamingo (lamp), needs a new home. Last year, the Cooke's
provided loving care to RUUTS. However, it is time for another family. Here are
some ideas: 1) Create a new conversation piece in your front window. It isn't the
Christmas Story leg lamp, however, it's the next best thing. 2) Give an early Valentine
present to your Sweetheart. 3) Set it in a special place so the RUUTS light is the first
thing you see each morning. 4) Use it as an inspiration for a redecorating project or
dump it on someone else until the next auction.
Decide upon your strategy: I want it for myself;
it's the perfect gift for my loved one; I want to
make certain it has a loving home, but not MY
home. At the RUUTS table, write your paddle
number on the sheet of the designated person
with the amount you want to add to their total
to make certain they will the prize. Watch the
chart grow with the names of various nominees
to see if you need to add more money to
achieve your objective. The winner will be
announced at the end of the evening. RUUTS
will wear a tag with your name to be added to
the one that RUUTS wears as a reminder of her
first year in the loving care in her first WUU
hone. Next year, it will be auctioned off again
as it circulates among WUU's families.
